If it’s been more than 4 weeks, just be patient, your article is on its way.

Just send us an email and we will cancel your order and refund you within 30 days.

We have several suppliers, when you place your order, each supplier takes care of sending its product. It is therefore possible that you may receive several packages even if you have placed only one order.

If you order 5 different items, you can therefore receive 5 different packages that will arrive at different times (some faster, others slower).

By cons if you order 3 times the same product they will all be in the same package.

Absolutely, we can send your orders to you all over the world. However, free delivery is only valid for some countries such as USA and Europe. If you would like us to ship your purchase outside these countries, send us an email and we will let you know if there are any additional costs.

Change (before receipt)

I changed my mind on my article, what should I do?

If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating the item to be Changed and we will do the necessary. Please note that any change of order must be made within 2 hours of the initial purchase, in order to not have any additional costs.

Can I change my item after receiving confirmation by email?

Unfortunately, no. All items that have left our warehouse are final and cannot be changed, this will be a product return.

What if my product is defective?

In the event of a defective product, you have the option of receiving the same product or of simply being reimbursed after the return of the defective one. The client is king.

I don’t like my item, can I send it back?

Returns are accepted (**) only if they do not exceed 14 days after receipt of the package. However, to guarantee a refund, all returned products must be in perfect condition. Return costs are your responsibility. Proof of postage must then be communicated to us by email as proof of delivery.

** Promotional items are not eligible for returns.

Can I return the item and exchange it?

Provided that the returned item is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Send us an email and we’ll take care of the rest. The costs of the return are your responsibility, however the costs of the new shipment will not be invoiced to you.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds can take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment system chosen during the purchase.

I still haven’t received my refund?

Please notify us immediately by email if you have not received it after 14 working days.

What is your refund policy ?

All items purchased can be refunded, subject to the appreciation and approval of management, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return requests are accepted within 15 working days of delivery.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, delivered with all their parts and labels.

Damaged / defective / incorrect products can be exchanged.

 The cancellation of an order can be made before the orders are dispatched and the management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation made after the items have been dispatched and / or after 5 hours of the initial purchase.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective.

The management reserves the right to refuse any return / refund and each case is subject to the sole decision of the company.

The company will not be responsible for any errors in the shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to return of the product before receiving a refund.

Any change of address is subject to management approval and orders shipped / completed are strictly non-modifiable.
